Corporate Optics, LLC (“Corporate Optics”) operates Meeting and Event Management (each an “Customer”) contract with Corporate Optics in order to engage various third parties (“Vendors”) to provide Meeting and Event Management Services. Privacy Policy sets forth the nature of what personally-identifiable information is collected via registration as an Customer or Vendor within the Corporate Optics Platform, what information is collected by Corporate Optics in its operation of the online marketplace and with whom the information may be shared. Customers and Vendors may be collectively referred to as “You” within this Privacy Policy.

1. Collection and Use of Personal Information

You will be asked to provide personal information in certain fields within the Corporate Optics Platform. The information may include your name, address, phone number, mailing address, email address. This information is used by Corporate Optics to register You and to enable You to receive or provide services, as applicable.

In the event that Corporate Optics contracts with a third party to provide some part of the information or service that You have requested, Corporate Optics may provide Your personal information to such third party, or such third party may collect such information from You. Personal information that You provide to Corporate Optics will not be transferred to unrelated third parties, without Your prior written consent except that such personal information may be provided to third parties who act on behalf of Corporate Optics. However, please note that personal information that You provide to Corporate Optics may be subject to disclosure pursuant to judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders.

4. Protection and Security of Your Information

Corporate Optics works to protect the security of your personal information during transmission. Corporate Optics uses a firewall to protect against unlawful intrusion and limits access to your personal information on a “need to know” basis. Corporate Optics takes every reasonable precaution to assure that your personal data is secure.

5. Changes

Corporate Optics may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time as products and services are developed or modified and as technologies change. Any material change in this Privacy Policy will be posted at (or the successor site thereto).

6. Children

Corporate Optics does not sell products or services to children. Individuals under the age of 18 may only use this site only with permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
